Checkout runs on Stripe. Card details never touch this site. You get a receipt by email straight away.
Step 2
Email your details
Send one message with your plan name, your preferred operating system, and an SSH key if you have one.
Step 3
Get your credentials
You receive the IP address, root login and connection details for the server, ready to use.
Questions
How soon is the server ready?
Provisioning starts once your email arrives. Send it right after checkout and you will not be waiting long.
Which operating systems can I have?
Common Linux distributions are available. Name the one you want in your email and it will be installed before handover.
How do I cancel a monthly plan?
Email a cancellation request and the subscription is stopped before the next billing date. The server stays online until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Email which plan you want to move to and the difference is settled on the next invoice.
What if something goes wrong?
Use the same email address for support. Include the server IP so the issue can be traced quickly.
